Flower Power

Another card made, thing are definately looking up.  The weather wasnt that flash today so was in at my desk before it changed.  This week over at Lets Craft and Crate their challenge is Flowers - my favourite.  For this card I have used a Wee stamp image, luv the little cat!  Recipe for this card is papers from Nitwit Collections, doily from W.O. crafts, pearls stash, flowers W.O. Crafts, pin homemade, leaves punched, lace die from Magnolia.

Valentines

Im on a roll now, making up for lost time.  I put this little box together so I can put the Valentines gift inside.  Its a simple box with some paper out of my stash, a heart doily from W>O>Crafts.  I have cut the centre piece with a Mariannes die, and the stamp is from Whimsey.  The roses accross the bottom are from the local craft shop.  Im going to enter this into Lets Craft and Create challenge, which is anything to do with hearts and romance.      http://letscreatechallenges.blogspot.co.nz/

Simply Sassy

Here I am again on another fine Sunday wahoo!  Last night I made this card for the challenge over at CLP, where they have a sketch for this months challengeand Southern girls challenge which is distressed.  I have chosen another of Kristas amazing images called Pink Punkette, she is so cute.  Ive used a grunge paper background, some papers from Kaisercraft Chateau series, some black cotton lace from them also.  The bow is a green tulle that was wrapped around a hamper I got for Xmas.  The sentiments are printed on to craft card as is the top background which I have stamped.  The flowers are from W.O. crafts and the pin, beads, etc are from my stash.  :-)http://southerngirlschallenge.blogspot.co.nz/2012/02/challenge-38-so-distressed.html

MAGIC

Hello, its been a while and must say it nice to have a life back and even better some time in my craft room that I have really missed.  Im starting off this year with a cute fairy image from Saturated Canary called Whispy.  I really love these images, thank you Krista!  For this card I have used some corrugated cardboard which I have sprayed with glamour mist, the rest of the backing papers are from Prima Annalee Collection 'Poetry'.  The edges of these papers are trimmed in gold stickles.  The wooden bird cage is from Kaisercraft, I have painted it gold and then used a crackle medium and topped off with white.  Tag is die from Magnolia, flowers from Wild Orchid, butterflys MS punch.  Im entering this card in the MAGIC challenge over at Southern Girls :-)http://southerngirlschallenge.blogspot.co.nz/
